Lists on a Budget? It's Not as Hard as You Think

It is true in some ways. You can create a list without spending a lot of money. But the reality is that making lists is just a part of the process. You’ll want to do it for a while, but once you get going, you’ll never go back.

I can't help but think that the best way to handle this is to do the exercise on the side of the road. Put together a list of what you can't live without, and then make another list of what you can live without. Then once you've made the second list, you can add the second to it. You can save a lot of money by doing this, but you'll have a lot less leftover once you start to hit the grocery store.

I guess this is the same thing as the “frugal ways” section in our “The Four Pillars of Frugality” book, except that instead of spending a lot of money, you'll spend a lot less money. And if you’ve actually done it, you'll have a lot less leftover.

With lists, you can save money and still end up spending a lot of it, but you can also end up spending a lot less of it. In other words, you don't have to be forced to get rid of items you don't want, but you can spend less.

Lists are great for making lists, but you can also use them to save money. I think this is something that we have been doing (maybe to death) with our Lists on a Budget plan, which is meant to help you save money and still have fun. Instead of paying $5 to get a list, you can pay less and get a list for $.25. That way you can save for a long-term goal that you'll be able to achieve by using that $5.

Listed items are good for a variety of situations. For example, you could have a list for your fridge so you can get rid of it and not have to worry about it. Or, you could have a list for your toaster so you don't have to buy it new every year. Or you could have a list for your laptop so you can save up for a bigger one. Or you could have a list for your bike so you can save up for a new one.

Lists are a great way to save money on things like utilities. On the other hand, they can be a terrible way to save money because you have to constantly change them. You can change your toaster a lot faster than you can change your car insurance.

You can save money with a list, but you can't save money with a list. You can spend the money you save on a big-ticket item (like buying a new car or cutting the lawn) and then spend all the money you paid for that big-ticket item on a few more items that aren't big-ticket items. That's not so bad, because you can always go out and look for the bigger things that you need.

It sounds like a good business idea, and you could get a great return on your investment, but the problem is that your list is bound to be short. In fact, the more items you list, the longer it takes to find all of them. A good list will have at least three things, but most lists will have a dozen or more. You can make a good list by thinking about how you are going to use your list and what you want to see in the future.

I’m sure there are many lists that have hundreds of items on them. If you want to make your list as long as possible, you can do so in stages. For instance, instead of listing an item every day, you might list it once a week, then once a month, and so on.
