5 Mood-Boosting Benefits of Beyond

Beyond

For some, the thought of a good night of sleep can be the exact opposite of a mood-boosting benefit. So why do we need to sleep so much? Sleep is the body’s way of sending a message to itself: “I’m here now.

But, if you’re like me, you might not want to listen to that message. Instead, you might want to listen to this.

If you’re like most people, you might go to bed thinking about work. But the good news about that is that even when you’re not thinking about work, a good night’s sleep is still on the menu. Scientists at New York University found that a simple, short period of sleep can change the way your brain processes sensory information.

The team behind Beyond was able to improve a person's ability to multitask when they were studying the effects of sleep on the brain, which is why they’re also studying the effects of the same sleep on the body. In the end, the study found that participants who got the most sleep were more likely to have a full night of uninterrupted energy.

The study also found that people who slept a lot had more of their attention focused on tasks;

while those who had a lot of sleep had less attention focused on tasks. So it doesn't totally surprise me that I'm not the most productive sleep-deprived person out there.

Beyond is a new and promising sleep-enhancing drug, and the scientists behind it are so excited by it that they've begun doing their own research on their own product. They’ve also been involved in the development of a number of other new sleep drugs, so I’m fairly sure they're aware of the potential problems, but I’m not sure if I want to know.

Beyond is like amphetamine, but instead of being injected into your bloodstream it’s implanted in your brain and used to stimulate the brain’s “reward centers” which will then increase your arousal level. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to adjust your dosage, but the results seem to be good.

As I said before, I don’t know about you but I find my sleep to be pretty drugged lately.

If you don’t have the means to adjust your dose, Beyond doesn’t seem to do anything for you. The good thing is that the side effects are extremely mild; you can go a week or two without any noticeable effects.

As I mentioned earlier, I've been using Beyond for about a month and I can't say I'm having a lot of “side effects.” When I first started using it, I was using it for about a week and I didn't notice any effects. However, as I've become more familiar with it, I have noticed a difference in my sleep. I find that after I've had my coffee, I just feel more relaxed and sleepy.

This is a little surprising but I've also found that I have a lot less anxiety when I'm using Beyond. The good news is that I've also noticed an increase in energy levels. I've been using it for about a month and my energy levels have gone up significantly, so I'm not sure if this is a coincidence or not.

Beyond

I have yet to find a great way to measure this increase in energy levels but I do know that the Beyond app is free to download. As far as I know, it's the only app out there that can increase energy levels.

I can't say for sure, but I've also noticed that I'm having less difficulty getting my sleep. I would suggest this as a possible reason for this increase in energy levels. I get up in the morning and I usually get up in the night and I usually get up around 10AM. I'm still getting my sleep at night, but I do get up a little earlier in the morning. This probably means that my body is processing new things.
