13 Sins of Foods and How to Avoid Them

Foods

As I write this, I can still see my parent's faces as they watched the documentary on Netflix about the food they loathed the most. I’m sure they still have some of it and are still trying to come to terms with it.

At any rate, these 13 sins are almost all in food that I'm still trying to figure out.

The foods I like are usually the ones that I eat for lunch or as snacks. This is one of the reasons I'm not a huge fan of sweets. I can't stand them and my parents have tried to convince me that I have to eat them to be healthy.

I have to agree with you. These are the foods I like to eat, as well as some others I simply cannot stand. They are usually those I find to be unhealthy, and when I do them, I put them in the fridge, and I end up eating them over and over again. Not only that, but I find myself wanting to eat these foods more often.

There are 13 sins of food.

I could go through the list and give you a list of the others, but I want to include the ones I find myself wanting to eat more often that have nothing to do with the food. For example, I am always thinking of trying avocado toast, but whenever I do it I end up eating way too many avocados. That's because I need to eat them in a lot of different ways.

Foods

I'm not sure what the benefits are of eating avocado toast, but I can assure you that it is not an aphrodisiac. In fact, I've been told by people, including doctors, that avocados are a real cancer-causing toxin. It makes you crave the real thing.

This is a perfect example of how food is one of those things where we can be so caught up in what we should be eating that we can't enjoy it. Just think about how much sugar, salt, fat, and sodium you consume every day. Just think about the foods that you eat. Maybe you have never even thought about how much you are eating on a daily basis. You probably have never even thought about how harmful these foods are to your health.

The problem is these foods aren't just harmful to you physically.

They are harmful to you mentally, too. In fact, it even makes you crave the real thing. It's hard to explain, but when you eat the foods that you know are bad for you, you will find yourself craving them, and that is when you begin to realize that all of your unhealthy habits are in place because you are craving the real thing.

But what would be worse than eating the foods that you know are bad for you? Have to eat them after you already know they are bad for you? It's not like you could be any healthier then. It would be like eating the bad candy that you know you shouldn't eat on that last holiday you spent with your family.
