Should You Be Worried About Your Job if You're in the Bonita Business?

Job

I am not sure if this is meant to be advice or a joke. I don't know much about the business side of the Bonita family and I've never been in a Bonita business! However, it is a tough job and one that requires lots of hard work and dedication. It is a tough business to be in because it requires sales, promotion, and marketing tactics that aren't necessarily in your comfort zone.

We are all busy, we are all tired, and we are all trying to make it through the day.

You are not going to find any time for yourself in the office you are constantly in. It is not fair for just anyone to be in the business.

It is not fair to all of Bonita, because there may be some who truly feel they deserve a position with a family in Bonita. And so, there are going to be many who feel like they shouldn't be there.

It is very important that you have a good job to keep your family happy.

The first thing to understand about a Bonita job is that it is very important. A real Bonita business is very demanding. You are expected to keep your word, act on it as soon as you can, handle your team, and not break it just because someone's boss tells you to.

We also feel like we have to come up with our own sense of "work ethic" and we need to be very honest with ourselves here. If you are working at a Bonita business, you will not be able to work on weekends when there are other important events going on. That is a huge burden that is being put on you, but you have to be able to handle that.

I’ve always been a bit of a crunch kid and am surprised that no one has ever asked me about how I manage to be a “crunch kid” in a corporate environment.

It is something I have been working on by focusing on the following: Being an efficient worker who does what I say and doesn’t ask for more. There is a certain level of hierarchy at Bonita that needs to exist in order to make it work.

Job

While I would never tell anyone to avoid working at a place like Bonita unless absolutely necessary, I do think it is important to be careful about what you bring to the table. A lot of people who work in the Bonita business don't bring a lot to the table, so you should be ready to take that on. If you are the first person to say you think you are the best at your job, you are in for a steep hill.

The Bonita business is a very cut-throat business,

and one of the most competitive in all of San Diego. It is also very demanding and very stressful. I can't even imagine if I were ever to get in the Bonita business and it wasn't a competition, I would be unhappy about it. I feel like there is a lot of pressure on people to do things quickly and efficiently, and you end up in a very bad situation if you don't.
