How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love Key

he fact is that the majority of our thoughts, actions, and intentions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.

The problem however is when we end up on autopilot.


Because when we’re not even aware of our own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions, then we no longer control them. Whereas a person with self-awareness is able to exercise a little meta-cognition and say, “Hmm… every time my sister calls me and asks for money, I end up drinking a lot of vodkas.


It's like someone who is always on autopilot is as good as someone who is always aware of their own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions.


The two people who are most aware of their own habits, routines, impulses, and reactions are self-monitored.


People who are aware of their own tendencies and habits but also aren't afraid to let them out into the world (and thus be aware of them). I'm talking about people who are able to take a few minutes each day and remind themselves of what they are doing right now. This is the best kind of awareness because it's easy to forget when you are on autopilot.

The story is not really about who knows what, but who knows what. We know that the person who doesn't understand a thing about what he's doing is a genius and will be great at getting to the bottom of it. In the game, I see this as a little bit of self-awareness, and there are many other types of self-awareness. The problem is not that each person is only knowing what is going on in the game.


That last sentence is what I was thinking when I said we are all on autopilot. If you are on autopilot, you are never aware of any of the real-time aspects of your life.


However, you can be aware of the fact that everything you do, you have to do. If you are worried about this or that thing, you are not actually aware of what you are worrying about.


This is a serious point.


It is also a point that is made in all of the other videos we've been on (check out their previous tutorials). There is a difference between worrying and self-awareness. You are going to worry about things that you might not understand. It is not that you are not aware of what you are worried about, you are just going to worry about it because you feel that it is important and you are afraid it is going to get you in trouble.


Even if you have not been worrying about them all along, you will still be worrying about them, because they are not going to help you if you do not act like they are, are doing so as they should.
