We can learn to exercise instead of sitting on the couch. We can learn to eat meals out at restaurants instead of eating a big meal at home. We can also learn to do a few other tricks that work for us. We can learn to watch what we eat.


If you’re on a kick to the balls, you can at least jump-start your life.
