This video contains 13 tips and tricks for getting out of bad habits! No matter what your favorite pastime is, these tips will help you be successful.

I've watched the first two videos, and while some of the tips (like the "one that makes your brain think you're being stupid" tip) are obvious, others are fairly subtle.


One of the more significant tips is to ask yourself whether or not you're willing to do something you know will hurt you.


For instance, if your favorite pastime is watching bad movies, you should probably stay away from them. You might not like the film, but at least you could still avoid some of what happens if you watch it.


The most common question I get about the videos is "Does this sound like something I could do to myself?" I don't know about you, but I would much rather do anything to myself I know I can't do than do something I know I can't do. Another question is "Is this something I can do to myself?" If the answer is "no" or "I can't do that", then you definitely don't want to try.


You can't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. You can't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do. You can only force yourself to do them with a purpose. If you want to do something you don't want to do, you have to choose what your purpose is for doing it.

For instance, you can force yourself to do just about anything you want to do. You can force yourself to do just about anything you want to do. However, it’s best to go with your purpose. If you are going to do something, do it with a purpose.


Otherwise, you might find that the things you want to do are really not that interesting to you.


If we want to force ourselves to do something it is best to go with a purpose. Otherwise, we can find ourselves doing things that we don't want to do. And this is why it is so important to have goals when it comes to your habits. For instance, I am not in the habit of doing the kitchen when I want to eat my lunch. I never do it. I was just told this morning that I can do it. I was not told why I can do it.

So what is the purpose of that kitchen? Is it because I want to make lunch?


Is it because I want to do a whole bunch of dishes? Is it because I want to make a meal? It could be any number of things. The important thing is that you have a goal and you set that goal. And then you change your behavior.


That’s one of the things I love about this game. I love the fact that you can set goals and then change your behavior. One of the most important parts of the game is all the little things you can do to make this game more fun. Just like a lot of people play games for fun, I play games for fun. So I can play this game to make my day better. And I can play it to make my day worse.
