I have seen the results of a lot of different health initiatives, but none of them have been quite as good as the one presented by Dr. Stephen R. Covey. In fact, he is a true expert in the field of personal development and the author of eight best-selling books on the topic. In this presentation, Dr. Covey explains how the future of health is dependent on our behaviors and how we can affect our destiny.

He begins by describing the three main factors that make us healthier:

sleep, eating, and exercise. He then explains how these factors are influenced by how we think and feel about ourselves. Dr. Covey goes on to explain how our belief in our own powers of good is a key factor in determining how healthy we will become.

The future of healthy, according to an expert, depends on how much we feel good about ourselves. Dr. Covey believes our belief in self-worth has a significant impact on future health because it can help us to view ourselves in a way that helps motivate us to change our behavior. In other words, when we feel good about ourselves, we are more likely to feel good about our behavior.

Dr. Covey is the author of the book The Covey Model:

The Science and Practice of Positive Psychology (which is one of the most important books in the world on the subject of positive psychology). He has spoken at many conferences and wrote a highly regarded book on the subject of positive psychology called The Optimism Advantage. Dr. Covey is considered by many to be the “Father of Positive Psychology.

We all know that we should always strive to be in a positive frame of mind. But if it’s a choice between feeling good about your behavior that you don’t want to cause harm or feeling good about your behavior that you do want to cause harm but you’re not willing to do it, which will you choose? According to Dr. Covey, the difference between these choices is how we feel about ourselves.

The good news is that we can learn to choose the former.

Dr. Covey recommends that it's important to find the positive, and ignore any negative. He writes, “The power of positive thinking is that it leads to positive behavior.

Dr. Covey goes on to say that we can also learn to ignore the negative. He does this by changing our perspective on the situation. He says, "The problem is that our thoughts are often clouded by the past and the future. Instead of thinking about the present and the future, we think about the past and the past. As a result, we are likely to react to events in a certain way that has the potential to cause us harm.
